Our Fabrics & Factories
Our products are made, sourced, and designed in Canada.
All fabrics are sourced from Kendor Textiles in British Columbia. All fabrics meet the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Certification.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a label for textiles tested for harmful substances. It sets the benchmark for textile safety, from yarn to finished product. Every item bearing the STANDARD 100 label is certified as having passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.
Fabrics & Materials
TENCEL™ Lyocell
TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are a high comfort material manufactured by Lenzing. The fabric is made from wood grown in responsibly managed forests. These fibers are made with a closed loop production process, meaning that water and solvents used in manufacturing are reused. This results in at least 50% less carbon emissions and water consumption than generic lyocell fibers. These fibers are certified as biodegradable and compostable.
The fabric is breathable and supports a natural dry feeling with moisture wicking properties. The fabric is soft to the touch. The fabric is also unfavourable to odor causing bacteria, keeping your clothes fresh for longer periods of time.
Our Everyday T-Shirt and Everyday Tank Top are 66% Tencel Lyocell.
LENZING™ ECOVERO™
LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers use at least 50% less water and emits at least 50% less CO2compared to generic viscose fibers during the production process. The fibers are made from wood, grown in responsibly manged forests. ECOVERO™ fibers are also certified for biodegradability and composability in various environments.
LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers support natural softness and breathability while being comfortable to wear.
Our Adventure Leggings are 65% ECOVERO™ Viscose.
Organic Cotton
Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs). It relies on natural farming techniques such as crop rotation, composting, and biological pest control to maintain soil health and biodiversity. Less water is also used during the production process.
Organic cotton is a soft and comfortable fabric that is breathable against your skin. It is naturally moisture wicking and hypoallergenic. The fabric is also biodegradable as it is a natural fiber!
Our Everyday T-Shirt and Everyday Tank Top are 28% Organic Cotton.
Factories
All of our finished garments, patterns, and samples are made by CRW Design and Sewing in Scarborough, ON. CRW is a women owned, Canadian, clothing design and production company.
