1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • Standard Shipping (3-9 business days): $10.00 or free for orders over $150.00.

    • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $25.00. 

3. Sustainable Packaging

  • All orders are shipped in recyclable or compostable packaging to minimize waste.

  • We encourage you to reuse, recycle or compost the packaging materials wherever possible.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at wilmapparel@gmail.com with your order number, and we will assist you promptly.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances but will do our best to resolve any issues.
